  • What services do you provide?
    We provide Suicide Cleanup, Decomposition Cleanup, Death Cleanup, Blood & Trauma Cleanup, Crime Scene Cleanup, Virus Disinfection, C. Diff Disinfection and Human Feces Cleanup. We do not offer Meth Cleanup or Hoarding Services.
  • What methods of payment do you accept?
    We accept Cash, Check and Credit Cards. Additionally, if you are interested in monthly payments, we can prequalify you without any hit to your credit score, through Wisetack. If the property has a homeowners insurance policy, we can walk you through the steps of filing a claim so you can be reimbursed. We will work with you and the homeowners insurance company to provide them with any details or photo documentation they may require to reimburse you. If your service need is due to a crime that was committed, the cleanup could qualify for assistance from the South Carolina Victim's Assistance Network. We can instruct you through the process of connecting with the victim advocate in your area who would be apply to see if your case qualifies for SCVAN.
  • What are your service areas?
    We provide service throughout all of South Carolina. We are based out of Camden, which allows us to reach every inch of South Carolina. We provide our services without extra charges for travel or distance. If the property you need assistance with is anywhere in South Carolina, we are the right choice for your biohazard cleanup needs.
  • How much do your services cost?
    This is a fair question. In most cases involving the cleanup of biohazards, such as following a suicide, decomposition, blood trauma, crime scene or feces, it isn't uncommon for invoices to average between $600-$800 per hour, with average jobs taking 3-4 hours. Disinfection services range from $0.30 a square foot to $0.75 a square foot. There are also minimums involved in our disinfection services. However, until a site is evaluated first-hand onsite, these cost numbers are only speculation with regards to your specific service need. We strongly encourage you to take advantage of our free onsite estimate. Call or text us at (803) 414-5309 to schedule your free estimate or use our request form on the website.
  • What is the process to get service and how does it work exactly?
    So once you've made contact with us, we can arrange an estimate and cleanup or just an estimate by itself. Our estimates are free, but we are usually prepared to begin the work once you approve us to do so and sign our service agreement. Once we start, we will clean and disinfect the scene, bringing it to a safe state for you. We will take both before and after photos, as well as measurements and note any personal items that must be disposed off due to contamination that can be remediated. All of this information is kept private and used only for your file and insurance claim if necessary. While you certainly can choose to stay while we do the work, you aren't required to do so. Additionally, if you are out of town, you simple need to make arrangements for us to enter the property. In the cases, you can sign our service agreement online. Upon completion, you then make payment by cash, check or credit card. If you've made arrangements for monthly payments through Wisetack, you will follow that payment plan. If you are filing a claim through insurance for reimbursement, we will work to provide them with all information they need to complete your claim. If your service is being covered by SCVAN, then no payment is required by you.
